New Vision Solutions was started after the founder, Lindsay, had experienced first hand the frustrations that her clients had in operating their businesses. Having experience consulting clients, operating a business, and being an employee of a multinational firm, her desire to help others simplify their businesses turned into a drive to start a business dedicated to just that.
She knows the complexity of operating a business. Establishing vendor relationships, keeping up on software, documentation, filings, etc. The purpose of New Vision Solutions is to assist in the assessment, development, and streamlining of these day to day tasks, and give the business owner and their employees the capacity to grow their business and focus on what they do best.
New Vision Solutions is a partner to small and mid-sized businesses, assisting with problems and projects that may arise as the business continues to grow, and the business environment continues to change.

Lindsay is an experienced business professional with a diverse background in management, operations, client relations, risk management, and compliance. As the Operations Manager, she oversaw day-to-day business operations, including P&L management, vendor relations, employee management, and strategic decision-making. Her experience spans administrative tasks for trusts and foundations, and complex projects such as custodial transitions, 401K plan implementation, website development, and office relocation. Prior to this, Lindsay worked in Risk Management in the agricultural sector focusing on commodities such as soybeans, corn, wheat, and currency.
Her international experience includes academic and professional engagements in Costa Rica and multiple extended stays in Brazil, fostering a deep understanding of agribusiness, logistics, and government. Lindsay has spoken on agricultural topics, presenting to organizations like the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation and Top Farmers of Ohio. She has also organized and led in person professional development events as well as developing online educational courses.
Her breadth of experiences as a generalist allows her to quickly understand and analyze businesses to see the synergies between departments to create efficiencies and scalable businesses.
